Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

MARKWONE JEWELRY PRIVATE LIMITED ships worldwide, including the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, India, Singapore, UAE, and more.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Flat Rate: $ 40 USD for all international orders
  • Domestic shipping charges may vary based on location and order

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time 

  • Delivery Time: 8–14 business days after dispatch (international)
  • Domestic Delivery: 4–7 business days
  • All shipments are insured and tractable. 
  • Signature on Delivery: Available upon request (where applicable) 

4. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched in 2–3 business days
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Pieces: Dispatched in 2–4 weeks, depending on the design and Complexity
  • Tracking details are shared via Email/WhatsApp once shipped

5. Signature Requirement & Insurance

  • Items are shipped with insurance coverage
  • Signature is required at delivery upon request. If undelivered or lost, we will investigate and may remake the item at no extra cost 

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes 

  • International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, or import taxes in your country.
  • Any tariffs, customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination Country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the Shipping fee quoted.

7. Shipping Restrictions 

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
  • High-value orders may require additional verification or special handling 

8. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages 

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • We will assist with claims and, if needed, remake and reship your item at no additional cost 

9. Address Changes 

  • Shipping address changes are only accepted before dispatch
  • Once shipped, rerouting is not possible 

 10. Notes 

  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" on the official tracking system, it is Considered successfully delivered. 
  • If you have not received the parcel despite the tracking showing it as delivered, we request you to contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in Resolving the issue. 
  • However, once the package is officially marked as delivered, MARKWONE JEWELRY PRIVATE LIMITED is no longer responsible for any claims related to non-receipt. 
  • We recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery agent, or your nearest Courier office in such cases.
